Bangrak Pier is also known as Big Buddha Pier, as it is very close to the emblematic Koh Samui landmark, the Big Buddha statue.

Bangrak Pier is located on Bangrak Beach, at just 5 minutes drive from the International Samui Airport. The more convenient and fastest way to get to Koh Phangan and Koh Tao from most locations, is flying to Koh Samui and taking a ferry from Bangrak Pier.

The pier has recently been renovated and given a new look. The waiting area and the platforms are well maintained and there are a number of restaurants and shops nearby. Here you will also find desks where you can book activities in Koh Samui and Koh Phangan.

From Big Buddha Pier you can enjoy some of the most beautiful sunsets in Koh Samui.
