We had our daughter’s 6th birthday party at Carnival Beach Village and it was a great experience. Tarn, the manager, was very helpful from the beginning. She gave us lots of good ideas for the party and helped with all the details.
She reserved the air-conditioned room for us, which was perfect for the kids. She gave us two food choices—à la carte or buffet. She recommended having à la carte served as a buffet and ordering as we went. We were very happy with this, as the food was always warm and quickly refilled.
Two days before the party, my daughter got sick and we had to postpone. I messaged Tarn and she quickly moved everything to the next weekend without any problems.
On the day, Tarn and her team helped us set up the room just how we wanted. Nothing was too much trouble for them. We felt really looked after. The food was delicious and everyone enjoyed it. My daughter had a wonderful day and we were very happy with everything.
