The Blue Spice is a seaside destination on the shores of Samui offering fresh island food, cocktails, wellness services, water activities, and live entertainment.

Dining – The Blue Spice focuses on good, honest food  with fresh local ingredients, inspired by the flavors of Koh Samui. Seafood is the star — grilled, steamed, or tossed into bright Thai salads — all cooked simply and with care. The menu also has comfort favorites and plenty of veggie options, so everyone from kids to food lovers will find something they enjoy. A popular choice is the Anchan Blue Rice: butterfly pea rice served with colorful sides and dipping sauces — pretty and tasty.

Wellness – Skilled therapists offer Thai massages, oil treatments, and deep muscle work—each tailored to your needs. Treatments start with a cool welcome drink and choice of natural, locally sourced oils. Happy hours & entertainment – Daily happy hours run from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM in the low season and showcase a selection of drink specials. Evenings feature live music and fire shows that create a lively, memorable atmosphere.

• High Season (Dec 20 – Apr 15 and Jul – Aug): Every Monday, Thursday, and Saturday starting at 7:00 PM ➝ Reservation is mandatory
• Low Season: No fixed nights – shows available on request with table reservations
• Live music from 5:30 PM (high season on Monday, Thursday, Saturday, Sunday)
• Fire shows are private, taking place close to the beachfront tables
