The idea of our menu is to balance two important aspects of the nutrition of a modern person who loves himself and takes care of his health:
– reduction or complete absence of sugar, trans fats and artificial ingredients.
– aesthetic qualities and variety of textures in each dish.

It is important for us that, in addition to saturation, food is healthy and easy to digest, therefore we make each individual ingredient of our menu ourselves, we can find adaptations of the classics of French, Japanese and Russian cuisines for a vegetarian direction, using modern food processing techniques.
