LAMAI NIGHT MARKET

There is a paying car park area available, but spaces run out quickly specially durin the busier seasons. If you drive a car and have time, get there early if you want to grab a space.

Lamai Sunday Market is a local walking street on Koh Samui, Thailand. It is one of the busiest markets in the area and has a busy atmosphere with lots of street performances, tourist shops and souvenirs. There are also plenty of restaurants, bars and food stalls to enjoy at night, for those who arrive after dark. No Koh Samui travel itinerary is complete without a visit to Lamai Sunday Market.
Lamai area is a bit less developed than Chaweng or Bophut, therefore the night market can a bit more "authentic". Visit at night to experience local food stalls and street performances.
