Some of their produce they grow themselves, and some is bought from local farmers and markets. All seafood and fish is fresh from the ocean. Chickens that are used for cooking are free-range. They bake their own bread from scratch. All of desserts are made in-house (absolutely delicious!). They only serve unpolished brown rice. They only use fine quality cashew nuts that are organic. No added sugars – only natural coconut sugar and brown sugar if needed. Some sweets contain refined sugars., but you won’t find any processed food containing MSG or any other flavour-enhancing chemicals.

Many of their dishes and desserts are suitable for vegetarians and vegans. They can also adapt any dish to suit your special dietary requirements.
